The company offers real estate e-commerce and online advertising services through its online platform, various mobile applications, and Weixin mini programs. Its O2O services for new residential properties include selling discount coupons; facilitating online property viewing, physical property visits, marketing events, and pre-sale customer support; and issuing commission coupons, as well as provides information platform to individual brokers. The company also provides advertisement placement services to advertisers, primarily property developers through online cross-media and cross-platform product portfolio; and brand promotion services to advertisers, including real estate developers and home furnishing suppliers.

    "Shanghai and Shenzhen" Mainland GDP increased by 5% to meet the target, A-share three major indices showed mixed performance in the half-day, aviation, nuclear power, and power grid equipment concept stocks surged

    The National Bureau of Statistics announced that the GDP of mainland China is expected to grow by 5% year-on-year in 2025, in line with market expectations. The sales of newly built commercial housing fell by 12.6% year-on-year. The People's Bank of China lowered the re-lending and rediscount rates by 0.25 percentage points and adjusted the minimum down payment ratio for commercial property loans to 30%. The three major A-share indices showed mixed trends, with the Shanghai Composite Index slightly rising, the Shenzhen Component Index slightly falling, and the ChiNext Index declining. Nuclear power and grid equipment concept stocks rose, with some individual stocks increasing by as much as 9.5%

    China's Q4 GDP grows 4.5% y/y, just ahead of market forecast

    China's economy grew 4.5% in Q4 2025, slightly above the 4.4% forecast, aligning with the government's annual target of 5%.
