Mutares To Acquire M3 Group

Mutares SE & Co. (MUX.DE) has signed an agreement to acquire M3 Schakt AB, M3 Rental AB, and Schaktförmedlingen Sverige AB, a Swedish company specializing in transportation, construction, and machine rental for infrastructure projects. This acquisition, valued at approximately 35 million euros in revenue for fiscal 2024, aims to enhance Mutares' presence in the Nordic infrastructure market and strengthen its Infrastructure & Special Industry segment.
