    Ossia International releases offeree circular following takeover offer

    Ossia International Limited has released its offeree circular following a voluntary unconditional cash offer from Goh Ching Wah, Goh Ching Huat, and Goh Ching Lai to acquire all shares in the company. The offer, announced on 15 May 2025, closes on 9 July 2025. Ossia replaced its independent financial adviser with W Capital Markets Pte. Ltd. on 10 June 2025.     Ossia appoints Asian Corporate Advisors as IFA for privatisation offer

    Ossia International has appointed Asian Corporate Advisors as the independent financial adviser for its privatization offer.
