On Thursday, TAL Education announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2026. The data shows that the company's Q2 revenue reached USD 861.4 million, an increase of 39.1% compared to the same period last year. The net profit attributable to TAL Education was USD 124.1 million, compared to USD 57.4 million in the same period last year, a year-on-year increase of 116.1%. Under Non-GAAP standards, the basic and diluted earnings per ADS were USD 0.24, compared to USD 0.12 in the same period last year. Operating profit was USD 96.1 million, compared to USD 47.6 million in the same period last year. Under Non-GAAP standards, operating profit was USD 107.8 million, compared to USD 64.5 million in the same period last year. As of August 31, 2025, the total cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments amounted to USD 3.2488 billion, down from USD 3.6184 billion as of February 28, 2025.
