Prospera announces $3M private placement
Prospera Energy (PEI:CA) has announced a $3M private placement of units priced at $0.035 each. Each unit includes one common share and one warrant, allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.05 for two years. The proceeds will fund the Luseland Well Reactivation and Optimization Programs, as well as the Cuthbert Workover Program to enhance production from previously shut-in wells.
