Fjord Defence Group ASA - New share capital registered
Fjord Defence Group ASA has registered a new share capital of NOK 477,665,252.40 following the issuance of 2,083,333 new shares at NOK 12.00 each. The total number of shares is now 56,864,911, with a par value of NOK 8.40 per share. The new shares will be delivered to VPS accounts around 4 February 2026. Fjord Defence Group ASA focuses on acquiring and developing profitable companies in the defence industry.
