    Crown Point Energy Acquires 95% Stake in Chubut Oil and Gas Concessions

    Crown Point Energy Inc. has acquired a 95% stake in hydrocarbon exploitation concessions in Chubut, Argentina, from Tecpetrol S.A., YPF S.A., and Pampa Energía S.A. The assets produced an average of 5,020 barrels of oil equivalent per day in the first nine months of 2025. The total cash consideration was approximately US$57.9 million, funded partly by a US$30 million loan from Liminar Energía S.A.
