$Microsoft(MSFT.US) Microsoft reported fourth-quarter revenue of $90.01 billion, up 18% year-over-year. The revenue total beat a Street consensus estimate of $87.62 billion. Overall cloud revenue was $59.3 billion in the quarter, up 27% year-over-year. Under Intelligent Cloud, the Azure and other cloud services revenue was up 43% year-over-year. The company reported quarterly earnings per share of $4.74, beating a Street consensus estimate of $4.24. In the fourth quarter, Microsoft returned $10.2 billion in dividends and buybacks to shareholders. "This year, Azure revenue surpassed $100 billion for the first time, and Microsoft 365 Copilot reached over 30 million paid seats, reflecting the confidence customers are placing in us to power their AI transformation," Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said.
