$Lion-phillip S-Reit(CLR.SG)Lion-Phillip S-REIT CLR is currently slightly underwater at -1.20%, with my cost at 0.829 versus the market price of 0.819. Still holding patiently as I view REITs as a longer-term income and diversification play. The short-term price movement isn’t ideal, but I’m focusing more on the overall yield, stability and potential recovery rather than reacting to a small unrealised loss. 📈 #TradeShowcase
