Hello Iggy, I made a BIG mistake few years back, buying a US denominated REIT named after a big branded insurance name, that has gone south. Now worth just a few cents, unlikely to recover as it still struggle with their debt headroom of more than 50%. Dividend was stopped for 3yrs and counting. What do you suggest I do?
