CapitaLand Ascendas REIT: I am Staying the Course

My current position is down -10.25% now, with my average price at S$2.429 and the market price at S$2.180 today 😔.

But you know what?

Prices go up and down. This is part and puzzle of trading. Quality assets stay. Today marks a fresh 52-week low, yet the fundamentals remain solid.

I am looking at a steady ~6.9% dividend yield backed by a diversified portfolio of quality properties and reliable tenants.

Short-term price swings test my patience. They don’t change the underlying value. I am not going to PAPER HAND.

I am staying invested and collecting those distributions while waiting for sentiment to turn. If prices keep dipping, I may even add more. 💪😆

Time in the market beats timing the market. Hang in there everyone. We are in this for the long haul. 🚀
