SPIC: Actively Expanding Effective Investment, Planning to Invest 200 Billion Yuan Annually

SPIC held its first press briefing for 2026 on March 23. Reporters learned that in 2026, SPIC will coordinate the implementation of cross-cyclical and counter-cyclical adjustment measures, actively implement the national deployment for expanding effective investment, and focus on the orientation of effective investment. The company plans to invest 200 billion yuan throughout the year, a year-on-year increase of 17%. Among this, 23 billion yuan is to be invested in the first quarter, achieving a year-on-year increase of 35%, and giving full play to the leading and driving role of a key central energy enterprise.
