Feeling blessed that liquidate my tech stock

Holdings earlier and relocate my fund to the following high div yield ETF. With the drop in tech stocks, will fund in most to grab the tech stock at low price, and also my favorite McDonald during this World Cup season, which is always perfect meal after watching a match.

Think in Asia, only STI index goes up. So far quite rely on this index in making my investment in Singapore market. And somehow it proven that these are the most liquid blue-chip companies which give you steady dividend and also capital appreciation. Recently friend recommended AEM due to the semiconductor heat, surprising the price rise within months is so much!

Drastic drop in tech stocks really holds me from continue investing in it. Diversified my fund to some ETF holdings and also park the profit from Tesla stock to ETFs below upon seeing that their dividend yield is relatively attractive. What is your stand in this volatile markets? Will you still investing in SpeceX?

Bank stock in SG market always my favourite. Instead of putting money in bank and earning 1+% interest, using the money to buy their share is relatively bring you a more attractive yield over the same principal. However, came across rejection from friends always saying the price is very high now. The fact is there is no highest, but always higher and higher. If don’t invest now, the price is always highest.

Tech stock was in very volatile stage and not as bull as last week. Is it due to the new Fed direction?

Noted that both Tesla and SpaceX dropped in yesterday US market, is the excitement over largest IPO over? When will the market shows the fair value of the counter? Seem like the Big wow over a bit too soon! Anyone have any take to share? Still in dilemma whether shall take the risk to grab a bit of holding or not.

What is the relationship between Tesla and SpaceX? Are they in line or in opposite direction? Noted that SpaceX share price rose 5% but Tesla dropped instead yesterday. Would it purely because of excitement of IPO. The PE so high, the valuation really can’t tell now, would it is all the short term speculative cause the rise? Buying SpaceX now would it be an emotional move?

Feel like US market overall dropped except SpaceX. Is it because of World Cup? People liquidate stock to have cash on hand. The uncertainties on World Cup, war cessation agreement, excitement on SpaceX really bother me on whether now is time to trade on US market. What is your take? Will you monitor and continue buy and sell?

A great start of the week to see my holdings

In green. With the announcement on the upcoming stop war agreement, it lessen the panic in the market and investor is more comfortable to hold their holdings than liquidate it. Hope the world always in peace and with no war happens.

Wondering if I should grab SpaceX which open at $150 and spike to $176. But end up grabbed more Tesla to cross another tier of the activities reward which SpaceX share will be given. And it also spike from $386 to $406. So glassful that both brought me favorable return. Too bad yesterday network seem like to steady.

Tesla price bounced back yesterday really bring extra excitement over SpaceX IPO tonight. Believe many users here are Chiong on Tesla share to get SpaceX share rewards. Price suppose to start from USD 135, but now already bid at USD175. Believe today will shoot rocket high price. Can’t wait for tonight market show time!!!

Tesla continue to dropped further yesterday. Lucky joined the SpaceX activities and can cover some of my loss now. Is it because of the War started again? Or it is a normally correction? Will market start to panic since war started again. Would it be good time to start accumulate holding on tech stock?

There was a significant drop yesterday night on this stock which has total erase the price rebound on last Monday. What is the reason behind? Cause of world cup coming? Good to have balance holdings between traditional stock and tech stock as notice when tech stock dropped, traditional stock price will increase.

As SpaceX going to IPO, noted that Longbridge has activities related to it and motivated to boost up my Tesla holdings. Believe it going to be a historic moment for US. Although can’t get IPO using Longbridge platform, but the activity relate us with this excitement. Bravo Longbridge.

Week 6 - don’t do much trading in the past 1 week as feeling like the market going to have some correct after the Beijing Summit. Tech stocks remain as top pick especially semi-con stock. Dell was rising crazily few days ago.

Week 5 - shifted my fund from Nvidia to Microsoft and Tesla. Feeling like I a bit over weighted on tech stock and now wight more on traditional business like McDonald and Coca Cola which are my kid favourite.

Can invest in Keppel? The dropped in price is more than the dividend yield already? Or shall purchase more to average down my cost? What is your view on this? Thought REIT in SG are quite safe but in view of the drop in price really brought me to think whether I shall still keep the holding to stop loss.

After the 2-day Beijing summit, all the tech stock seem to be dropped by quite a bit. Have this correction completed over the crazy bull run in the past 2 days? Cause the price remain high. This summit also tough me to consider liquidate my holding before a summit ended in future.

With the DLC task in my task centre, 1st time trade in daily leverage cert (DLC). Below are the result after 1 week of investment. Under that DLC considered as high risk financial instrument, but DLC over blue chip SG stock like DBS and UOB seem to be like not so risky. Thanks Longbridge for introducing it to me via task centre.

Week 4 - Shifting my fund from tech to tech which is from Nvdia to Tesla and also trying on the option trading using Longbridge. Overall position is very healthy in short term.

Despite the earning realise didn’t show well, this share only dropped slightly and then bounce back. Worth to hold in view of the dividend yield.

Seem like all the tech stock experience a drop yesterday. What was it because of? Will the visit with China leader being the bull run back?

Have been investing in SIA as confident on it and always my 1st choice when I need to travel. Believe the raising jet fuel cause on this fall and will bounce back one day.

Sold all my holding on Nvdia yesterday as price gone up till USD214. Hope it is a right move to realise the gain.

Week 3 - very happy to see all green in my P/L, practicing recurring investment feature in Longbridge platform which help me to have the DCA effect in this volatile market. With this auto-pilot kind of investment approach, hope can get favourable yield in long term!
