    Yorhe plans to publicly list and transfer 51% equity and debt of its controlling subsidiary Taixing Pule

    According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Yorhe announced that the company plans to publicly list the transfer of 51% equity of its controlling subsidiary, Taixing Puluo New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Taixing Puluo"), and all of the company's claims against Taixing Puluo. The initial listing price for the above equity and claims shall not be less than 30.49 million yuan

    Yorhe announced that its controlling shareholder Cao Deli will transfer 35,660,300 shares at a price of 8.9736 yuan per share to Hangzhou Runfeng, with a transfer price of 320 million yuan.
