Missed the sell opportunity at the overbought territory of $140. However i am confident it will retrace previous highs if it holds its major support past Nvidia earnings today. US congresswoman Pelosi has also bought into this ticker.

Japan will invest another ¥150 billion yen (US$940M) into chip foundry startup Rapidus, which aims to begin 2nm chip production in 2027, media report, adding the government has already invested ¥250 billion in Rapidus, and plans to provide ¥2.4 trillion in R&D aid. It is also considering another ¥300 billion in aid. Having taken profits and fully cleared my Intel position at higher levels previously, I recently revisited the company after an insightful discussion with a fellow peer. Despite ongoing semiconductor volatility, Intel’s current valuation after today’s pullback offers an acceptable entry point for a long-term turnaround play.

[My Strategy & Execution]

I initiated a new starter position today to begin rebuilding exposure. Managing entry risk is critical for swing positioning, so I am adopting a phased accumulation strategy rather than buying all at once. My current position is floating slightly in the green at +0.68%.

[Risk Management & Next Steps]

My plan is to stay patient and strictly follow my risk plan. If the market experiences further pullbacks, my designated second entry zone to average down will be around the $76 - $80 range.

📌 Last session is not considered 🎢 as I could see all turned 💚 pre-market, after that then plunged into ❤️ I was expecting SKYH to shine but instead MRVL shone its way 🆙 coupled with SNDK and MU while NBIUS hitting downward trend. Intel don seem to work out after the CEO said 🆕 INTL, however am holding it 🆙 ⛳️ Hope this week will end up mostly in 💚 as we all not going down any 🎢 as yet!!☕️

Rumor: Intel’s upcoming desktop PC processor, Razor Lake, will use TSMC’s high performance N2X process (2nm), media report. If accurate, it would mean Intel was expanding its use of TSMC 2nm family processes, with Nova Lake to use TSMC’s N2P in addition to Intel 18A. Intel is going on a roller coaster mode but I still like the stock full of challenges, all these while I been buying and selling this stock which I have make tremendous gain to a certain extent from my point of view

The US 30-year Treasury yield rose to 5.31%, its highest since July 2007, while the 10-year yield hit 4.70%, a full percentage point above the Fed's target range ceiling.

Long-duration assets faced pressure first. Treasuries are at a 20-year low—is this due to market selling, pessimism about future economic prospects, or the frenzy chasing quick profits in tech chip stocks?

The price movements in memory stocks have been doing sharp swings up and down for weeks but have the fundamentals and demand and supply situation really changed? AI is still a super cycle. I will just ignore the noise.

Memory stocks going down is fine and normal, given that it ran up so much previously. It will go back to the fair value price range. Enter there if wanna then.

Markets have largely rebounded over the last two weeks. Not surprising to see some form of a pullback as people take profits. Time in the market is still better than timing the market for most.

When you compare general markets and tech, it is obvious that one is not for the faint hearted. Looks like risk off rotation again, from risk on high beta to defensive names like healthcare and defensive tech.

When I look at high beta tech, it really resembles a roller coaster. The way it goes up and then down and when it coasts, be prepared for the next thrilling phase. 😂

Yesterday just mentioned beware of roller coaster ride, seems it began last session, get ready to add products spread or buy dips to build back your portfolios if per thesis, direction, which stock am going to buy more? What goes up will comes down and still will goes back up. Nothing is stagnantly just 1 way↕️🤔💭

Market volatility is being driven largely by higher interest rates and rising bond yields. Singapore equities have eased from recent highs as investors remain focused on the interest rate outlook. Despite this the broader economy continues to show resilience, supported by steady exports, technology investment, digitalisation and ongoing growth. Banks and high quality dividend stocks also continue to offer relative stability.

Companies with strong cash flows, solid profitability, healthy balance sheets and reasonable valuations are therefore becoming increasingly attractive.
