I predict ai bubble will burst this year!

I've already positioned myself for Fed cuts last year and hope for more interest rate cuts this year! I've bought into SG Reits and see myself as a dividend investor. The more dividends, the merrier! Reits thrive in a low interest rate environment. I plan to stay invested in SG Reits and hold for the long term. Cheers!

I don't invest in cryptocurrencies and never will because I don't understand how it works. To me, it's a very volatile, risky and unregulated trade. A wise man once said, "Don't invest in what you don't understand..". We will only end up getting our fingers burned! The word "crypto" starts with the letters "cry..". Crypto investments will only make us CRY, hahaha! I rather trade in something that I understand & sleep well every night.

I don't think AI's progress is a bubble. AI is going to develop quickly as the system is programmed to learn and grow as rapidly as possible. Investors should be controlled and measured in their investment of AI. Limit a budget when investing in AI or any sector, stick to it and invest within your means and what you can afford to lose.

IMO metals such as gold and silver are more of fear trades indicating uncertainty. Technically they are in their third waves and historically a risk off move. I am expecting a fourth wave soon as risk on trade returns.

With more FED rate cuts expected in 2026, SG Reits will benefit from lower borrowing cost, higher DPU. Fully vested into dividend income Reits sectors to ride the gradual waves. As more Investors looking for steady income in an ever risky environment, Reits should hold well on its own. Not financial advise, just sharing my Reits journey.
