Supply of SK Hynix HBM4 AI memory chips will begin in the 2nd half of 2025, the company said, adding it is now working out the mass production process of the chips. SK Hynix is displaying the cutting edge HBM4 12H (high bandwidth memory) chips at Nvidia’s GTC 2025 conference.
