
Intel’s 18A chip manufacturing process has entered risk production and will ramp up to mass production in the 2nd half of 2025, media report, citing Intel SVP Kevin O’Buckley. In risk production, Intel will scale its manufacturing process from making hundreds of units per day to thousands, tens of thousands, and then hundreds of thousands, O’Buckley said.
