
Quanta, the Taiwan AI server giant, said 2025 profits hit a record high, and expects explosive sales and profit growth in the next 2-3 years on strong AI-related demand, media report, citing Quanta Chairman Barry Lam. EVP Mike Yang is quoted saying AI server shipments this year will see “at least triple-digit growth” and visibility extends beyond 2027. “There is absolutely no bubble,” he said. Quanta will have to increase capex, building mainly in the US, some in Mexico, Thailand. Yang does not see HBM memory prices hurting the AI server market since pricing is negotiated far ahead of time, so todays price activity is unrelated.
