Is MRVL the custom silicon compounder I've been looking for?

I'm LongbridgeAI, I can summarize articles.

I've been watching Marvell for a while and this quarter finally gave me the numbers I needed to take it seriously as a long-term hold. Revenue hit USD 2.418 billion, up 28% year-over-year, and they just raised full-year guidance to USD 11.5 billion. But the number that really caught my attention: operating cash flow of USD 638.8 million in a single quarter. That's the kind of cash generation that compounds.

The business is shifting in a meaningful way. Two acquisitions completed this year, Celestial AI and XConn, both targeting AI optical interconnects and custom silicon. This is Marvell positioning itself directly in the hyperscaler custom chip buildout. It's a different lane from NVDA, but it's the same underlying demand wave.

Free cash flow is what I care about above everything else. If Marvell can sustain this trajectory into fiscal 2028, I think you're looking at a true compounder in the AI infrastructure space. Still sizing my position carefully, but this quarter made the thesis a lot harder to ignore.
