🚗 BYD Launch Event Highlights

The latest launch event by BYD have only strengthened my conviction. This is not just a car company anymore it could be a global tech and semiconductor powerhouse.

Why I am staying on the course:

1️⃣ Intelligence Breakthrough: Just yesterday, BYD launched the Xuanji A3, China’s first self-developed 4nm autonomous driving chip. It’s already in mass production and supports L3/L4 driving.

2️⃣ Unmatched Computing Power: A 3-chip setup provides 2,100 TOPS. This place BYD at the very top of the smart driving game globally.

3️⃣ Vertical Integration: With 7,000+ R&D staff and over RMB 100B invested in chips, they are not reliant on anyone. They own the tech, the batteries and the supply chain.

4️⃣ Next-Gen Efficiency: The new 5th Gen DM-i technology is pushing boundaries with over 2,100km of range, making range anxiety a thing of the past.

At a P/S ratio near traditional auto levels, I believe the market is still catching up to BYD’s reality as a high-growth tech disruptor.
