$Suntec Reit(T82U.SG)I am pleased to see a notification from Long Bridge that my dividends from Suntec Reit had been credited to my Long Bridge account yesterday. The official payout date was last Friday and my holdings in CDP received the dividends that day but custodian accounts usually distribute the dividends a bit later.

This further dilutes my cost basis by $0.01936 as I wait patiently for the price to break through the previous high. What I like about this reit is the dividend payment is four times a year so it is one of the major thrusters in my dividend engine. From a risk management perspective, it is psychologically less stressful to hold a stock that pays regular dividends when the stock price dips and I won’t be tempted to sell when the price is bad.
