DLCs (Daily Leverage Certificates) give fixed leverage — e.g. 5x on gold, 3x on silver — on exchange, so no margin account needed, and you can never lose more than you invest. They’re exchange-listed and regulated, more transparent than OTC CFDs. A built-in “airbag” pauses trading and resets the tracked level if the underlying moves sharply against you, capping runaway losses. The catch: leverage resets daily, so multi-day returns can drift from the underlying’s actual move — they’re built for short-term trades, not holding. They’re also often restricted to qualified/sophisticated investors. Not financial advice — verify eligibility with your broker.
