The interesting part isn't that Intel wants foundry customers, everyone knew that. It's that TSMC's own bottleneck is what's forcing the conversation, not Intel's sales pitch. When your biggest rival's capacity constraint becomes your marketing department, that's a different kind of opportunity than usual.
