Context: The stock broke below its support of 0.62 on 14 Sep. This was due to its second largest shareholder Novo Tellus offloading 4,886,200 shares at 0.65939. In my past experience, anytime a significant shareholder disposes of shares, the share price is bound to suffer for a while especially when this is a small cap. It is now trading at the bottom limit of the Bollinger Band. Will it continue to trend down and cover the gap below 0.55?
My Trade: Considering whether to average down or cut loss.
Takeaway: Significant shareholder disposing of shares (taking profit?) has caused the price to drop to 0.57.
