🏆CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (CLAR): Staying the Course with Strong Conviction After 3Q 2026 Results
CLAR has just released its latest 3Q 2026 business update and it continues to show solid operational resilience, plus active portfolio refresh!
Currently, my average cost sits at S$2.43 and I have no plans to PAPER HAND even it trades at S$.2.18 now. I am staying confident based on these latest key metrics:
✅ Higher portfolio occupancy:
Rose to 90.1% as at 30 September 2026, up from 89.1% in June 2026
✅ Strong rental growth:
Positive rental reversion of +9.9% for 3Q 2026 and +9.0% for the first nine months of the year
✅ Smart portfolio moves:
• Completed S$638.1 million worth of Singapore logistics asset acquisitions with yields between 6.6%‑6.9%
• Ongoing divestments totalling S$281.7 million, transacted at roughly a 25% premium above market valuation
✅ Solid capital position:
Total assets under management of S$20.7 billion across five developed markets. 70.1% of debt is locked in at fixed rates, with an average cost of debt of 3.4%
Short‑term price swings do not change these underlying fundamentals for me💪🏽.
I will stay invest and add on to this solid blue chip REITs . Never give up 😁.
