According to the updated prospectus submitted by Circle to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) yesterday, the company has increased its IPO size from the original 24 million shares to 32 million shares, and the price range has also been raised from $24 to $26 per share to $27 to $28 per share.
