It mentions that to further support the development of clinically valuable innovative drugs and improve the quality and efficiency of clinical development, the review and approval of clinical trial applications for qualified innovative drugs will be completed within 30 working days. The 30-day channel for drug clinical trial application review and approval supports nationally key development varieties, encourages global early-stage synchronized development and international multi-center clinical trials, and serves clinical needs and the development of the national pharmaceutical industry.
