Alphabet Gain HunterLearned, thanks
Suddenly realized today that my strategy of holding underlying stocks + long calls + selling puts can be further refined:
1. Add underlying stocks + long calls and sell puts during major declines
2. Hold underlying stocks without selling unless the company has issues
3. Sell long calls in batches during rallies, using the cash to potentially increase underlying stock positions—essentially stock accumulation
4. After selling all long calls, retain underlying stocks + sell puts == this basically reverts to Guo Yu's stock holding strategy🤔
5. If the annual dividends from underlying stocks can cover retirement living, that would be the ideal state🤣
6. In short, don’t initiate long call positions without high conviction—safety first🤔
