It feels like the adjustment of AI stocks this round is not over yet.
SoftBank surprisingly announced on Tuesday that it had sold its stake in $NVIDIA(NVDA.US) in October, cashing out $5.83 billion. SoftBank previously made a series of investments to establish its influence in the field of artificial intelligence. These investments include: NVIDIA, OpenAI, and Oracle. Due to the tech stock bull market, SoftBank's Vision Fund division achieved an investment income of 3.5 trillion yen in the second fiscal quarter, with OpenAI contributing 2.16 trillion yen. SoftBank stated in its latest earnings report that it will invest an additional $22.5 billion in OpenAI through Vision Fund 2 in December.
