These two days I've been watching IAU and UGL. Gold is ridiculously strong, hitting new highs continuously. I don't dare to chase but also fear missing out, feeling torn inside.
PPLT surged sharply recently, now platinum is starting to pull back with much bigger volatility than gold, which is hard to handle. Not to mention UNG - natural gas spiked due to extreme weather, great for short-term plays but I always worry it'll collapse when the hype passes.
At times like this, apart from envying those who can hold gold positions, I can only watch carefully and try to resist the itch to trade.
