A Longbridge small investor's ramblings

I'm LongbridgeAI, I can summarize articles.

$NVIDIA(NVDA.US)  $Apple(AAPL.US) $Invesco QQQ Trust(QQQ.US)

From university to work, I've been on Longbridge for several years without even realizing it. It wasn't until I saw the A4 paper that I realized I've only been interacting with everyone in the comments all this time and haven't made a post yet. I don't know what the future holds, so I'll post this as a keepsake.
Back in university, adhering to the principle of "the brave enjoy the world first," I picked a period with fewer classes and endured an overnight green train to Shenzhen. Right after getting off the train early in the morning, I headed straight to Hong Kong to open a bank account, with only a few thousand dollars saved from frugal living and some lucky trades in the A-share market in my pocket.
Initially, I used other brokerages. The interface was very retro, and the fees were quite luxurious. Later, I couldn't stand the $20 commission per trade anymore (which, quite touchingly, allowed me to buy "NVIDIA at $140" when it was at $120). Someone introduced me to Longbridge. I was hooked as soon as I joined. First, the interface is really clean, beautiful, and user-friendly (much better than many mainland brokerage interfaces, let alone those Y2K-style interfaces developed by foreigners). Second, the fee structure is truly attractive. I joined right during the "Lifetime Commission-Free" campaign, which significantly reduced trading costs. Furthermore, Longbridge's community atmosphere is very friendly. Nowadays, society is full of negativity, and comment sections on many social media platforms are filled with heated arguments. Longbridge, however, has none of that. People with different views and stances can coexist amicably (probably because everyone is voting with real money and speaking with their returns; there's no need to argue).
After that, I attended classes/went to work during the day and watched the market on time every night. I have a relatively regular schedule. Trading US stocks means I can't watch the market live, so naturally, I don't do short-term trading, only medium to long-term. When I need to make a move, I place an order before going to sleep and check the next morning if last night's order was filled. Every time I open Longbridge and see my floating profit portfolio, it's like an old farmer looking at his carefully tended vegetable garden; the fatigue of the day dissipates by seventy to eighty percent. I've bought Intel at over $20, NVIDIA at $120, Alibaba at over $90, got allocated shares in Zijing International, and even perfectly timed the exit at the top for Xiaomi...
When I'm not trading, I often surf the comment section, like an old farmer carrying his hoe, greeting his neighbors as he passes by the fields. I've met many big shots willing to share their views frequently: Jing Ye @京城Z先生, Value Brother @價值&投資, Gu Shen @股神小顧... It's just that this vegetable patch was suddenly declared off-limits for planting; it happened so abruptly and unexpectedly 😭
But thinking about it calmly, isn't this also one of the risks that investment entails? We have to learn to face it. If you're lazy or scared, don't envy others for being full. If you're unwilling to accept it, then find a way. Life finds its own way. As Uncle Feng (the owner of the WeChat public account "Memory Carrier") said, we must become "fishermen." "Fishermen don't know where the fish are before they set sail, but they still choose to depart."
I've talked so much without realizing it. Due to well-known reasons, many things cannot be discussed in detail. No matter what the future holds, I sincerely wish everyone can make money wherever they are. Even in the worst-case scenario, if we have to part ways, I wish Longbridge all the best.
Finally, a small suggestion for Longbridge's official account @Longbridge小喬: if it really comes to the point where trading is no longer possible, I hope Longbridge can also spin off a pure communication community, similar to Xueqiu, to keep everyone active. I'll really miss everyone 👌
