BlueQubit and Partners Awarded $1.5M in DOE Genesis Mission Grants to Advance AI-Driven Quantum Error Correction
In San Francisco, BlueQubit, a quantum applications and software firm, along with its partners, has been awarded a total of $1.5 million in grants from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Genesis Mission. The funding aims to expedite the progress of fault-tolerant quantum computing systems. BlueQubit will be collaborating with notable entities including Microsoft, Argonne National Laboratory, Sandia National Laboratories, UC San Diego, UC Riverside, University of Maryland, University of Southern California, and Virginia Tech. These partnerships will involve the application of artificial intelligence to further advance quantum computing technologies.
