Rep. Thomas Kean Jr. (R) just bought $EQT(EQT.US)

$EQT(EQT.US) is the biggest natural gas company in America

Meanwhile, he sits on the House Energy and Commerce Committee

That committee has oversight of FERC, the agency that regulates natural gas pipelines

In May, FERC proposed rules to speed up pipeline approvals

Easier pipeline approvals are the single best thing that can happen to $EQT(EQT.US)

Might want to take a seat for this one

Rep. Gil Cisneros (D) bought Boston Scientific stock 3 times in May

Around the same time, $Boston Scientific(BSX.US) was lobbying to get faster Veterans Administration purchasing for 'spinal trauma devices'

12 days after his last buy, there's a hearing for a bill called 'Take Care of America's Veterans Act'

It contains a section specifically outlining making it easier for VA to buy these 'spinal devices'

That bill then lands in the House Armed Services committee, which Cisneros serves on

So to summarize

- Cisneros buys $Boston Scientific(BSX.US)

- $Boston Scientific(BSX.US) lobbys Congress to speed up VA purchasing for their own devices

- A bill hits congress mentioning that specific device

- That bill then gets referred to a committee Cisneros sits on

• Ducommun $Ducommun(DCO.US) on May 18th

He sits on the Armed Services Intelligence & Special Operations Subcommittee

StandardAero maintains the engines on the military aircraft used by U.S. Special Operations Command, his subcommittee controls their budget

And Ducommun builds the missile and weapons components those Special Operations forces rely on and the same subcommittee oversees the programs that give them funding

Two members of Congress bought $Micron Tech(MU.US) early and now they are both in a new AI stock

Rep. Cisneros (D) bought $Lumentum(LITE.US) on April 14th

Rep. Gottheimer (D) bought $Lumentum(LITE.US) on May 22nd

• Cisneros sits on the Armed Services Intelligence Subcommittee. And Lumentum sells lasers directly to the U.S. military

• Gottheimer sits on House Intelligence and co-sponsored legislation targeting AI chip export controls. Lumentum's chips are subject to those exact controls

The Trump FDA story is crazy

Big Tobacco donated $5,000,000 to Trump's super PAC

Two days later, Reynolds American's executives met with Trump at his Florida golf club to demand the FDA reverse its flavored vape ban

Trump then personally called RFK Jr. and his health secretary to complain about the ban

Then questioned the FDA commissioner directly for not moving fast enough

The FDA commissioner who said no resigned days later and so did RFK Jr.'s chief spokesperson, citing the vape policy as the reason

Then the ban was lifted within a week

The White House says it had nothing to do with the $5,000,000

Breaking: Rumors are swirling that Trump owned $IBM(IBM.US) before his administration committed $1B to the company

However according to his Q1 filings, he was a Net Seller

On April 23rd, then again on April 27th

He sits on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, which directly oversees DoD AI procurement

AMD supplies AI chips to the U.S. military and intelligence community

He's now up 40% on his first buy

Trump's tax returns, his family's returns, and the Trump Organization's filings are now protected from IRS enforcement

In January, Trump sued the IRS for $10 billion over the leak of his tax returns

The problem with that is a president cannot sue an agency he controls

Even the judge flagged it, and legal experts called it "unprecedented"

So on Monday, Trump dropped the lawsuit in exchange, the Justice Department created the "Anti-Weaponization Fund" using $1.776 billion in taxpayer money

And as part of the deal, his tax returns, his family's, and the Trump Organization's are shielded from IRS enforcement

17 days after he bought, reports surfaced that Google was in talks with Marvell to build custom AI chips

Both are already up over 50%

Breaking: Turns out Trump owned Nvidia the whole time too

On January 6th, he bought up to $1,000,000 in $NVIDIA(NVDA.US)

7 days later, his Commerce Department formally approved Nvidia H200 chip exports to China

Then on February 10th, he bought up to $5,000,000 more

$NVIDIA(NVDA.US) is up 22% since his first buy

Breaking: Trump owned Palantir when he tweeted about it

On April 10th he literally tweeted the $Palantir Tech(PLTR.US) ticker

"Palantir Technologies (PLTR) has proven to have great war fighting capabilities and equipment."

Starting March 2nd, Trump bought $Palantir Tech(PLTR.US)

• Then again on March 11th

• Then once more on March 12th

• Then again on March 17th

• Then picked up more on March 18th

• Then again on March 25th

• Then once more on March 26th

Up to $630,000 total across all purchases

He's still underwater on every single buy, but so was Intel at one point
