    XIIC plans to raise no more than 662 million yuan through a private placement to its controlling shareholder Xinjiang Rongneng

    According to the Zhitong Finance APP, XIIC disclosed a plan for a private placement of shares in 2025. The company intends to issue no more than 144 million shares to its controlling shareholder Xinjiang Rongneng, with an issue price of 4.59 yuan per share. The total amount of funds raised from this private placement will not exceed 662 million yuan (including the principal), and after deducting relevant issuance expenses, all funds will be used to supplement working capital
