    The "Shanglong" in Sai Ying Pun bids to sell 6 unique units, cashing out nearly HKD 58 million

    The Regal International's West Hong Kong project "Shanglong" sold 6 unique units through tender, cashing out nearly HKD 58 million, with a practical price per square foot ranging from HKD 29,000 to HKD 32,000, setting a new high for the project. Together with the earlier sale of 107 units, the project has cashed out over HKD 830 million within two weeks. The director of Regal Property Agency stated that unique units are expected to continue to be in demand due to their rarity and the positive atmosphere in the property market

    The "Regal . Summit" in Sha Tin was purchased by a major client for HKD 61.39 million for two four-bedroom units

    The luxury residential project "Regal . Summit" under Baili Bao and REGAL INT'L has recently seen active transactions, with two four-bedroom units sold through bidding yesterday for a total transaction price of HKD 61.385 million. The usable areas of the two units are 1,623 square feet and 1,612 square feet, with transaction prices of HKD 31.903 million and HKD 29.482 million, respectively. The director of Regal Property Agency stated that the atmosphere in the property market is improving, and it is expected that buyers will accelerate their entry into the market

    REGAL INT'L. From today, the first 10 buyers will receive a renovation furniture gift voucher worth 1.28 million

    Regal International and Summit have launched a new home purchase promotion, where the first 10 buyers can receive a gift voucher worth HKD 1.28 million for renovation furniture. The project is jointly developed by Bailebao and Regal International, and has currently sold 59 subdivided units and 20 houses, cashing out over HKD 4.4 billion. Wai Chan-sheng, director of Regal Property Agency, stated that some units in Sai Ying Pun are being rented out, with an average rent of about HKD 90, and it is expected to be sold with lease agreements within the year

    Regal Property Wei Zhensheng: The lease for the Shanglong unit may be re-launched in the second half of the year

    The director of Regal Property Agency, Wei Zhen, claimed that this year they will mainly continue to sell Regal International (0078) and PALIBURG HOLD (0617) and collaborate on Regal‧Summit in Shatin's Kau To Shan. They will consider market conditions, and there is a possibility of reintroducing the same series, West Queen's Road Shang Lung, in the second half of the year in a leasehold format.
