    STO completes the acquisition of 100% equity of Daniao Logistics

    According to the Zhitong Finance APP, STO announced the progress of acquiring 100% equity of Zhejiang Daniao Logistics Technology Co., Ltd. The transaction has been successfully completed, and Daniao Logistics has completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures, obtaining a new "Business License" issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Yuhang District, Hangzhou. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Shentong Limited, holds 100% equity of Daniao Logistics, and Daniao Logistics and its subordinate holding subsidiaries will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements
