KDT plans to hold a board meeting on July 9, 2025, to review the change of the company's name to "Guangzhou KDT Machinery Group Co., Ltd." This change requires approval from the shareholders' meeting, and the stock abbreviation and code will remain unchanged. This move aims to adapt to the company's business expansion and subsidiary structure development, improve management efficiency, strengthen brand image, and comply with national enterprise group registration management requirements

The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 132 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 6.59%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 107 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 18.77%

KDT executive Liu Fenghua completed the reduction of 860,000 shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KDT announced that the company recently received a notification letter from Mr. Liu Fenghua, the director and deputy general manager, regarding the completion of his share reduction. He reduced a total of 860,000 shares, accounting for 0.20% of the total shares
