    CHANGHONG: CHANGHONG JH plans to be privatized by Hongtu Investment through a planned arrangement

    CHANGHONG announced that its holding subsidiary CHANGHONG JH plans to go private through its controlling shareholder CHANGHONG Holdings Group's wholly-owned subsidiary Hongtu Investment. Hongtu Investment will acquire the other issued ordinary shares of CHANGHONG JH, and upon completion, CHANGHONG JH will withdraw its listing status on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The plan has received a no-objection letter from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and a related announcement was made on September 22, 2025.
