    Rnm: Absorption merger between two wholly-owned rare earth subsidiaries

    Rnm announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Deqing Xingbang Rare Earth New Materials Co., Ltd. will absorb and merge with another wholly-owned subsidiary Qingyuan City Jiahe Rare Metals Co., Ltd. After the merger, Jiahe Company will be deregistered, and Xingbang Company will continue to exist. This move aims to strengthen management, reduce costs, improve efficiency, enhance core competitiveness, and promote sustainable development.
