The global AI chip export control is a clear signal that the US is trying to preserve their dominance over the rest of the world by controlling the access to leading edge technology. This layer of geopolitical fabric veils the certainty for global businesses seeking to employ AI at scale. This would inadvertently drive businesses to diversify and reconsider the use of Chinese alternatives (or a mix of both), especially if both are now equally risky. Right now the Chinese tech companies are undervalued. Would it lead to a renewed and sustained interest in them? We shall sit back and see how it unfold.

US Pentagon says they are prepared for the war to last till September, and with Trump's comments on moving on to Cuba after finishing in Iran, I don't expect stability anytime soon. Sure the market might still be up throughout 2026, but volatility would definitely remain high.

The war balance seems to be tilting towards the US and Israel. The war must end quickly to save both sides of human losses. Even M'sia has entered saying Israel is Islam's common enemy. Does he not know he then also means M'sia is anti-US?
