My goal is to build up a stream of passive income so I’m only holding selected reits with strong foundations. Banks still make up the majority of my portfolio.

Smart move by Singapore to pivot to nuclear energy which means less dependence on fossil fuel and since she does not have the land resources required as well as the geography, this is the best clean energy move.

As long as supports hold, the general market still may push higher into late May. It is hovering above one of those support levels now.

Fed meeting minutes are out tomorrow morning. The market is showing signs of instability and wobbling right now.

Please be careful with your trades. With US 30-year yields at a 19-year high, institutional investors are likely to buy bonds instead of equities. That could cause less liquid stocks to collapse.

Stay cautious. I will sit on the sidelines until we get a clearer message from the new Fed.😁
