ThaiBev optimistic in Thailand for second half of 2026 despite weaker beer sales

Thai Beverage (ThaiBev) reported a 3.2% decline in net profit to 14.2 billion baht for H1 FY2026, primarily due to a 1.7 billion baht impairment loss from a joint venture. Excluding this loss, profit from normal operations rose 8.5% to 16 billion baht. Revenue fell 2.5% to 173.2 billion baht, driven by declines in the beer and non-alcoholic beverage segments. An interim dividend of 0.15 baht per share was declared, unchanged from the previous year. The spirits business saw a 1.3% revenue increase, while the food segment grew by 1.6%.

ThaiBev H1 profit falls 3.2% to 14.2 billion baht on impairment loss

Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (TBVPF.PK) reported a profit of 8.9 million baht, or 0.29 baht per share, for Q2, up from 8.1 million baht, or 0.27 baht per share, last year.
