Disney suddenly surged 2% today. The market reacted faster than I expected to the news of OpenAI collaboration and IP licensing. My position, which had been stagnant for half a year, is finally not just dead weight.
For me, it's not just about whether it rises or not—at least it's not a one-sided beating. I can finally catch my breath.
I'm well aware that AI + IP is still driven by sentiment now, and there's still a way to go before actual performance materializes. But as long as this concept doesn't cool down, there's room to maneuver before the earnings report. The current state has finally shifted from "just enduring" to "having options on how to handle it." Good, at least it's not passive suffering anymore. 😄
