The new energy and semiconductor sectors are really like riding a rollercoaster. Texas Instruments was even downgraded to "sell" by Goldman Sachs, no wonder the semiconductor sector has been so sluggish recently. Friends holding positions must be feeling a bit uncomfortable, right?
