How to evaluate the L80's price of 15.68
It's 3000 less than the pre-sale price, can only be considered a small bonus (like a fruit platter).
Plus the small deposit of 2000, launch price is 15.48, overall the price is still good.
Just have to say it didn't continue the pricing strategy of the L90 and ES8.
Could have given a surprise for the official market price (at least 10,000 or more).
Can understand this pricing for the L80, with the L60 below it holding the line, various costs rising, and needing to add features without raising the price.
It's just that the pricing strategy wasn't executed well.
The pre-sale exploded, but the official launch wasn't as explosive.
Can understand wanting the pre-sale to be under 16 (15.98), that was indeed explosive.
The problem is the follow-up moves at launch couldn't be pulled off.
I know costs are already hard to sustain at this price, but I expected at least a 5000 surprise, plus the small deposit, making the launch price 15.28.
Indeed, the L80 is too hard to price.
But for such a large five-seater, 15.48 is still very attractive.
Buy it and swap in a 60 kWh battery.
The practical experience definitely won't be bad.
