Hello everyone!
A few additional points:
1. Whether it's the wolf or the ghost, it's a story Wall Street has been telling all along. Institutions, investment banks, and the media are the direct sources of these stories.
2. The essence of this round of overall adjustment in the semiconductor sector is that it rose too much. The adjustment is almost done in terms of magnitude, but the technical pattern needs repair, and industry fundamentals are positive.
3. Currently, AI infrastructure spending by major US companies is still accelerating. There is no logic that storage demand peaks just because some major company's capital expenditure growth slows down in the future. This is a false proposition; don't be brainwashed, ignoring that the western Pacific side still needs to increase computing power. Future demand from Musk's companies includes computing power and physical AI, and global physical AI, etc., will create huge new demand for storage.
4. The market share figures for the two major domestic players are fake numbers fabricated by the media and related institutions. Their capacity and technological level cannot have a substantial impact on AI storage within 5 years. Domestic storage chip companies have an opportunity to increase their international share in the mid-to-low-end market. The numbers and viewpoints captured in AI articles mostly come from the media and investment banks and are not credible. Everyone needs to learn to discern.
5. The storage shortage is long-term. There is simply no logic that the short-term gap will be alleviated by 2028 with new capacity. Those talking about cycles and relief by 2028 are investment banks and the media. No storage original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or major company has said it will ease, including Jensen Huang and Musk. The scramble for storage by major companies is not fiction. Are the three major storage OEMs preparing astronomical capital expenditures to wage a price war? Are they stupid?!
