I was hated when I said this $Applied Optoelectronics(AAOI.US) is heading to 100 and lower. I dont hate the stock, its just technicals and this one ran too much too fast with out fundamentals backing it up. There are many such names out there still at stupid valuations. Tough to speak truth here without getting hate.

Always look at fundamentals, especially PEG, P/S and Forward P/E of your names. Don't blindly buy because someone on X said something. The same people who were bullish on $SoundHound AI(SOUN.US)'s, $Navitas Semiconductor(NVTS.US)'s, $BigBear.ai(BBAI.US)'s are not talking about them anymore.

I have nothing against momentum names but I treat them as low capital trades. The risk is too high for serious sizing.

Especially for new traders, do you see how no one talks about $SoundHound AI(SOUN.US), $Archer Aviation(ACHR.US), $TIC Solutions(TIC.US), $Joby Aviation(JOBY.US), $Richtech Robotics - B(RR.US), etc? These were the darlings of the timeline last year and now they are forgotten. Chasing the hype is a fast way to burn capital. I suggest to stay focused on quality over quantity.
