1️⃣ After my last purchase, the stock continued to benefit from strong AI driven semis demand. TSMC reported record revenue growth, raised its 2026 outlook and continued seeing robust orders for advanced chips used by major AI customers.

2️⃣ I neither added nor sold because the original investment thesis remained intact. The company’s fundamentals stayed strong and there was. No major change to justify increasing risk or exiting the position.

3️⃣ Looking ahead over the next few months, the outlook remains constructive. Continued AI infra spending, strong chip demand, and high factory utilisation support growth, although market volatility, valuation concerns, and geopolitical headlines could create short term swings. Overall, the trend still favors patient long term investors.

Taiwan’s August export orders soared 71.4% year-on-year to a fresh record high US$102.96 billion, media report, beating the 63% growth expected.
