$TENCENT(00700.HK) 大股东$Prosus N.V.(PROSY.US) 截止到昨天收盘的市值是 1.39 万亿港元，腾讯目前在港股的市值是 3.05 万亿港元。1.39/3.05=45.57% 已经大幅超过它在腾讯的持股比例 26.14% 了，简单说就是现在美股比港股更贵（还包括了其他的投资的资产，但是绝大部分都在亏钱），所以只要大股东理智在线就不会卖便宜腾讯筹资去回购贵的股票，简而言之只要美股上市的这家公司持有的腾讯市值超过港股就不需要担心来自大股东的抛压。然后现在腾讯在不断回购股票段永平觉得有利可图所以就买入腾讯了。
